Voice Work
Mark first stepped into voice acting thanks to repeated encouragement from listeners of Shadows at the Door, who kept asking to hear more of him in front of the mic— not just behind it. Their response was to warmly ask for more! Since then, Mark has performed in a variety of shows and Audio Drama productions. With a naturally grounded North Eastern accent (not quite Geordie, but definitely local), Mark is a great fit for roles that call for a warm educator, disgruntled businessmen, regional media figures, or a narrator who sounds like they’re letting you in on a secret. He brings a storyteller’s instinct to every role, whether he’s guiding the listener through a ghost story, delivering characterful dialogue, or— on occasion— rapping in a musical.
Narration
A natural fit for audiobooks, documentaries, or anything needing warmth with a hint of mischief— Mark’s narration style invites listeners in like they’re part of the secret.
voIce ACTING
Grumpy wine sellers, undead gasping through flooded lungs, shouting preachers, and even train announcements— here’s Mark in full character mode.
NICHE
Monster voices, offbeat characters, and a surprisingly nimble rap flow— this is where things get weird (in the best possible way).
